EGGO Bonaparte comes from a terroir in Tupungato, where the cold climate and calcareous soils predominate. The fermentation and aging is done in cement eggs, where the wine is kept in permanent movement by the ovoid shape of its container. This produces a wine that evolves in a homogeneous way, with the same temperature throughout the year, giving a smooth structure and an exquisite, long and persistent palate.

A light wine, in texture & taste & and bouquet. Nothing terrible about it, we simply missed the structure and finish a oak barrel gives wine.
We'd recommend it to white wine drinkers who want to begin to explore red wines.
