Winemakers Rosé

Angels & Cowboys Rosé is classic Oeil de Perdrix. The color is a light blush of pale gray and pink. The aromas are bright, mineral and ethereal with hints of pink grapefruit, white peach and spicy floral notes. In taste, the wine is lively and racy with flavors of citrus blossoms, pink grapefruit and mineral. On the palate, the Rosé is vibrant with acidity, with deliciously great length and just enough texture to enjoy with or without food accompaniment. It is a great vintage and a most delicious wine. This dry Rosé is one of the few wines that works well with vegetable dishes and spicy ethnic foods. Enjoy it with curry rice, Tandoori meats, seared tuna, any sushi from vegetables to strong fish, Yakitori Kebobs, baked tofu, crab cakes, shrimp cocktails and ceviche.
