West Cape Howe Book Ends Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

A well textured wine with great depth of fruit; particularly ripe boysenberry and blackberry fruit flavours. This wine has lovely mouthfeel, a beautiful silkiness and is very well balanced; the intense fresh berry fruit flavours being complemented by the oak characters picked up during barrel maturation. The gently drying tannins and good acidity contribute to its great persistence of flavour.
