Hans Lang Hattenheimer Wisselbrunnen Riesling Erstes Gewächs

A true gem from renowned producer Hans Lang, who recently won the International Riesling Trophy at Europe’s largest wine competition! This complex Riesling is a dry wine, made from fully ripe grapes, which were harvested by hand. The low yield and slow fermentation in traditional aged oak barrels create a multitude of aromas. This is the best of what Germany has to offer! It is a south-facing vineyard, roughly 100m above sea level with optimal sun exposure and good water retention. Select harvest by hand of fully ripe grapes, and slow fermented in traditional aged oak barrels. Quality is controlled through an independent expert review board. Cuisine: Lobster, crayfish and other shellfish, fish in light crème sauces, and roasted veal, pork, lamb and beef.
