Twill Cellars 2013 Syrah (Shiraz) BottleTwill Cellars 2013 Syrah (Shiraz) Label

Twill Cellars 2013 Syrah (Shiraz)

Aromas of deep, spicy red plum and blue fruit are complemented with notes of chocolate, grilled meats, salt-cured olives, coffee and tobacco. On the palate this wine is fresh and vibrant, along with a great density to both the texture and finish. It tastes a lot like it smells, with notes of minerals, saline, coffee and bitter chocolate on the finish.

Smokey, peppery, long finish, mid level tannins. Surprise for an Oregon Syrah. Very impressive!
