Tripe à 3 Brett

Amateurs of brettanomyces, your taste buds will be delighted with this beer of prestige which enjoys a triple fermentation. In the first place, a Belgian yeast begins the work before transfer to the oak barrel where it will age 6 months in the presence of wild yeasts. Finally, it will be refermented in bottle. This triple to the golden dress and slightly veiled gives you a pleasant lightness in the mouth, despite its high alcohol content. The tastes of brettanomyces and oak come to complete the picture to offer you an unusual taste experience.
