We really enjoyed this. A great alternative to prosecco at this price point. Less acidic and easier drinking

This is one of two wines from my locker that was NOT blind (thst's right! 4 wines were blind!!).  I love Bubbles!!! But a traditional Method from the Loire (Vouvray to boot!) is just special on another level!! Soft autolytics, beautiful citrus fruit and lemon curd and a soft creamy mousse make this a really special Wine! Balanced and bright, this was the perfect wine to ring in the New Year (from a region I love but seem to have a mental block about, LOL!)!!
