Tishbi Cabernet Syrah

This young, fruity red wine is our winery’s house wine. The wine displays fresh strawberry aromas with a hint of herbs. Recommended serving temperature is 18°C (64°F). WINEMAKING: This wine was produced entirely in stainless steel vats. During the three-month production process, the wine was alcoholically fermented for a period of ten days, at a temperature of 22-28°C (72-82°F), prior to a malolactic fermentation at 15-22°C.
