What is Cabernet Sauvignon? Wine Varietal Facts – From Flavour to Grape Variety
Celebrate National Cabernet Day With Everything You Need to Know About Cabernet
If I didn't know any better I'd think this was an Aussie Cab blend. It's got this powerful eucalyptus aroma mixed with a bucket of dark berries. On the palate it's big and rich but incredibly fresh, with a garden of fresh herbs like dill, mint and sage. What a powerful wine but so much elegance at the same time. Took a bit to open up so I'd recommend decanting. If this wine doesn't excite you, I would suspect you have no soul.
