San Pedro 1865 Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah

Deep, intense, purplish-red in colour. Complex, elegant and intense nose with great fruit. Fresh fruit aromas such as plums, black cherries and blackcurrants, mixed with subtle notes of Virginia tobacco and cedar. The palate has good structure, with firm yet mature and velvety tannins. A well-balanced wine. Plenty of fruit and great acidity, with a long, persistent finish. To be drunk immediately or aged for 6 to 8 years. Ideal for accompanying char-grilled meats, game, venison and mature cheeses. Serve preferably at 17°C.
