What is Sauvignon Blanc? Wine Varietal Facts – From Flavour to Grape Variety
I'm not always a fan of Sauvignon Blanc but this one really is delicious. If you're used to New Zealand SB, expect this to be much softer with more mineral rather than sharp and overtly herbal. Great fruit intensity and good acidity without being too racy. The absence of green bell pepper is a real treat for me and I love the fuller, rounder, softer mouthfeel. Perfectly balanced. This is a go-to for value and food-friendliness.
