RIVINO Winery 2014 Pinot Blanc

With the 2014 being warm and some areas experiencing drought, the berry size was smaller and the flavors concentrated. Management of the heat and harvesting when cool resulted in a nice balance of acidity and rich style of Pinot Blanc that has flavors of dried pineapple and mango and is bright, refreshing with a lemon zest and light vanilla finish. This wine is the perfect poolside companion and will pair nicely with white meats, fruit salads or just for sipping on!
