This was a pleasant surprise!  The nose is nothing out of the ordinary but the ripe, dark red fruit and delightfully balanced palate is incredibly refreshing.  The longer it sits, the more fruity raisin comes out.  I paired this with pizza but it's a versatile wine that could pretty much pair up with anything, or just drink it on its own on a patio!
