This dry sparkler was fashioned Méthode Traditionelle with 100% Chardonnay. It's quite racy throughout with lively aromas of green apple and citrus. It streaks across the palate with tang-laden lemon curd, ripe pear and Granny Smith apple persisting through the lip-smacking aftertaste with great élan. It's also good value. Pour as an aperitif or with freshly shucked oysters.
