Hendsbee Vineyard Riesling 2013

The driest of our trio of Rieslings. Lime and wet rocks all over it. Someone once wrote that it has more acid than a Led Zeppelin concert. We liked that. This is a great food wine that will age very very well.

A very unique wine. A dry Riesling with high acid without hurting your mouth. Tastes of lime and honey.
