O'Leary Fine Wine Unoaked Chardonnay

As a perfectly structured wine, the unoaked Chardonnay delivers a wealth of hardwood fruit notes on the nose. Mitsu apple, white peach and Bosc pear are but three essences you will enjoy. In addition, the bright acidity supports this ample wine and makes it ideal for pairing foods. It is also so engaging and compelling that you will find yourself returning to it again and again. Pair with classic roast chicken, grilled and poached white fish and soft cheeses are natural pairings for this fine Chardonnay. Cream sauces based on fresh herbs will also marry well. Take a run with baked salmon and onion, dill, mild curry and cracked pepper for a racier pairing.
