PRODUCER Potel Aviron REGION Burgundy SUB REGION Beaujolais APPELLATION Fleurie GRAPE Gamay TASTING NOTES FOOD MATCHING Potel Aviron This is a partnership between Nicolas Potel and Stephane Aviron. Their philosophy tends to harmonise the richness of Beaujolais terroirs with the barrel-ageing tradition to obtain concentration, elegance and depth for each wine according to the different types of terroirs. These stunning wines have showed many wine lovers that the wines of this appellation can be very exciting.
