The name is a tribute to our upbringing in Petaluma, and the Syrah grape. We co-fermented this with Viognier, a move we're proud of.

So very disappointed in this wine. The taste was actually quite terrible. We normally LOVE Sonoma wines, and enjoy Syrahs and Petite Syrahs, and Zinfandels from this area of California....however, this one was awful. Too light, and far too "earthy" - not a great taste at all. It even had a bit of a "fizz" on the tongue, even after being open for over a hour!
