M. Chapoutier Les Granits 2007 Saint-Joseph
Very deep garnet red. On the nose, black fruit jam, smoked and mineral overtones. In the mouth, smoky and peppered aromas. Tight tannins with a long persistency in mouth. According to the vintage, the wine can be kept from 30 to 60 years, indeed from 50 to 75 years.
