Le Clos des Fées Hervé Bizeul 2013

Aged in 100% new oak on its lees for 18 months and bottled unfiltered, the wine drinks very well after one year in the bottle (make sure you decant as it is a powerful wine), it then closes up in the second year and will take another 5 to 10 years to fully mature into wonderful drinking time. The 2013 can show a wide range of aromas and flavors with a decanting if drinking now. Spice, black fruit cassis, herb and floral notes are also present. The 2013 can keep in your cellar for 5 to 7 years.
