Invivo 2013 Pinot Noir

The 2013 Invivo Pinot Noir in its youth is already showing huge promise for those prepared to wait! Aromatically the “coupage” of the four sub-regions can be found in the sweet cherry fruit of the Western side of Lake Dunstan, intense black plums from Northburn on the eastern flanks, earthy blackberries from Bannockburn and ethereal herbal notes from Gibbston Valley. Spicy, toasty French oak brings these aromas and flavours together in a mouth-filling palate with a long finish and bright, fresh tannin structure. This wine will continue to improve for many years to come and will suit slow braised meats of any kind!
