HRB/D644 Riesling 2010

Hardys is one of Australia's beloved and pre-eminent wineries. The Heritage Reserve Bin (HBR) series of wines is a nod to the noble tradition of blending grapes from diverse geographic regions. The racy and dry 2010 Riesling is a marriage of Clare Valley and Tasmanian fruit, with 6 glorious years of bottle age. Complex with lemon verbena, lime leaf, and notes of citronella candle, The texture manages to achieve full, acidity-driven tension and emollience. Chill only slightly, and pair with any seafood ceviche, asparagus salad, or lemony grilled fish.
