Grosset 2014 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Just 850 cases released. There is nothing quite like the 2014 Grosset Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. While quite fine and showing distinctive sauvignon blanc character it is in fact 75% Clare Valley semillon and 25% Adelaide Hills sauvignon blanc. This blend produces a unique wine that brings together the best of both varieties and both regions. In 2014, there’s substance and body from the Clare semillon with thrilling, white flower blossom and tight, intense white peach flavours from the Adelaide Hills sauvignon. General Cellaring Guide: Tantalisingly fruit-driven, it’s so delicious young that it’s likely to be at its best over the next twelve months.
