Characteristics: An intense ruby color with violet hints; full-bodied aroma: and a delicate, full palate. Culinary match: Red meats; game; deli cold cuts; piquant cheeses; and pasta served with red sauces. Best served: Slightly chilled to 15˚-18˚C (59˚-65˚F) Available in: 750ml bottles (carton box of 6); 187.5ml bottles (carton box of 24); and 1.5 liter bottles (carton box of 6).
