Gray Monk Estate Winery 2015 Pinot Noir

Burgundy in colour, this wine has a fine aroma of blackberries and rose petals. There is a hint of raspberry in the flavour. Decanting this wine brings out the characteristic silky texture of Pinot Noir. Served slightly cool, this is excellent with salmon as well as red meats and cheese.

This wine smells so amazing, the aromas just waft from the glass. We served it once with cheeses and once with roast turkey breast. Both times it was just dynamite and the bottle was gone before we knew it.
