Colour is intense ruby red tending to garnet with ageing. Bouquet is also intense with spicy notes and hints of red fruit. Velvety and full-bodied with soft and elegant tannins. Excellent accompaniment to first courses, roasts and red meat. We recommend opening the bottle at least half an hour before serving. Serving temperature: 18-20 ° C.
