Aging: The wine is at its peak during its first year, and under proper conditions will age well for about 2 years from time of harvest.

I didn't love this wine, but my husband did. It was a little weak for my taste. The first time we had it with dinner and it was definitely not a great match with roast chicken. The second time we tried it with some snacks sweet and salty. It was better, but still not my number one choice.
