Made with 100% Cannonau di Sardegna DOC grapes from the 40 year old single vineyard named 'Dule', this great wine has been awarded 3 gasses in the Gambero Rosso guide year after year. It is the best straight Cannonau produced in Italy. The Dule has spent one year in French oak barriques. It is soft and velvety in the mouth with smooth tannins. Full and rich with a very long finish. Best paired with strong dishes with sauces, red meat and mature cheeses.
