This is my go-to for Priorat wine.  It just has everything I want:  easy-drinking but complex flavours.  For days I want to get nerdy about my wine and contemplate the components, I can do that with this one.  But it's also perfect for days I just want to lose myself in a good book and a glass of wine.  I've used this one for little get togethesr with friends for pairing with appies (cheese plate, local sausages, feta-stuffed olives, etc) and also paired it with with chocolate so it's pretty versatile.
