Dos Aguas

Our Dos Aguas blend represents the two waters that surround our vineyard on the North Fork of Long Island. To the south of our vines lies the Great Peconic Bay and to the north, the Long Island Sound. These two bodies of water create a unique growing climate and encourage a slow, steady ripening. We are pleased to introduce the first vintage of our white blend, Dos Aguas. In its' debut, our 2013 Dos Aguas White is an enchanting, complex blend of four varieties of grapes, 49% Chardonnay, 22% Riesling, 17% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Viognier. Notes of grapefruit, lemon, apricot, honey, peach and pear are complemented by citrus and layered notes of stone fruit. The wine closes with a long, lingering finish.
