Domaine Servin 2014 Chablis

The majority of our Chablis is planted in the vineyard “Les Pargues” situated behind the Premier Crus Vaillons and Montmains. This vineyard benefits from the same quality exposition and soil as its prestigious neighbours. A fresh, vivacious style with intense floral aromas. Our Chablis has the perfect balance, combining full, generous fruit flavours with finesse and elegance. Pairs well with snails, oysters, seafood (crayfish), andouillette, poultry. Serve between 10-12°C. The robe is a soft yellow with grey/green reflections. The nose is fine and elegant with a blend of citrus, floral and fresh white fruit aromas. The mouth is fresh and balanced where one finds again the citrus (grapefruit rose) with a long crisp mineral finish.
