Domaine La Florane À Fleur de Pampre Red 2013

This wine is an organic blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah that offers fine aromatic freshness. This blend is typical of the Rhone with attractive ripe fruit underlying lively, refreshing acidity. There are some nice Provençal herbs on the palate and a smooth finish. Pair with a slow cooked beef stew.

I was really excited when I saw the blend of varietals but it just didn't measure up. It's a decent dinner wine, but kind of forgetable.
