Domaine du Château d'Arlay Chardonnay Cuvée à la Reine 2009

A special vintage of 100% Chardonnay, resulting from old vines harvested at high maturity, at a place called the Queen. Vinified and aged in tank, exclusively with fine lees pumping, it offers a perfect balance between freshness of the grape and dried fruits of our land. It is the pure expression of our land: the attack is round followed by a final right and salt, typical of the Jura. Its style is reminiscent of some Chablis Saint-Veran. With aromas of flower, dried fruit, and fig, with minerality. Serve slightly chilled (not frozen) for a whole meal (serve with a fleshy river fish fleshy, white pudding with morels ...) or on an aperitif with cheese puffs. It keeps 10 to 15 years, emphasizing its aromas of mushrooms and dried fruit.
