Reds from Marsannay are intense in color, with a bouquet of red fruit (cherry, strawberry) and black fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry). The powerful and generous mouthfeel on the palate harmonizes with a full and long finish. The Marsannay Reds naturally go well with red meats: rib of beef with the marrow and ostrich steak are best, but do not hesitate to pair it with fresh water fish like pike, perch, and carp. Chop suey, sautéed vegetables, quality charcuterie, game birds, cheeses based on cow's milk are also good options. Serving temperature: 15 to 17 ° C.
