Domaine Boissezon Guiraud Les Cerises 2015
This wine comes from a good little spot in Languedoc called Saint-Chinian, about an hour and a half drive north of the Spain/France border. As soon as you smell this wine you’ll know why it’s called “Les Cerises” (cherries). This wine is a blend of Syrah, Carignan, Granache, and Cinsault. The palate is very round and fruity (thank you Cinsault!) It’s a fresh, vibrant wine that is sure to put a smile on everyones face this summer.
