Desert Hills Estate Winery 2013 Dave Babych Barrel 44

The Babych Family’s love of food, wine, family and friends inspired this limited edition wine. This small batched artisan wine was created and produced in the Okanagan Valley in collaboration with the Toor family of the award winning Desert Hills Estate Winery. This friendship and partnership has brought to reality a life long passion. This old world style wine is made with the best new world grapes the Okanagan’s Black Sage bench has to offer. This wine opens up beautifully with decanting or can be cellared and enjoyed at a later date, and can be enjoyed with most foods and is wonderful for any occasion. Pair Dave's Barrel Selection with a grilled flat iron steak with blue cheese butter, or try it with Mediterranean lamb burgers.
