Dandelion Vineyards Pride of the Fleurieu 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon

An intense, regal purple with bright edges. A good indication as to what is to follow. On the nose, scented blueberries, cassis and anise aromas with baking spice, cedar and blackberry notes. The palate is rich, deep, full-flavoured, blueberry, black plums, figs and red berry flavours.Cedar, clove, nutmeg and classic Cabernet tannins softened by smooth, mouth-filling fruit before a really extended finish.

One of the best wines that we've received in our wine locker. It starts off with a spicy flavour that softens to a dark red fruits. Very complex and delicious.
