Casillero del Diablo Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

Beautiful and lively ruby red colour with brilliant hues. The expression of cassis in this wine perfectly represents the Valle Central and its richness in fruit such as cherries and plums. The barrel ageing length thanks to the toast and coffee notes. Initially it shows its structure due to the strong tannins that ends elegant and juicy. The fruit flavours are confirmed by the long and elegant after taste which is balanced in the barrelling process. Pair with red meat, lamb ribs and stews with good presence of spices.
