Coffee Pot Cellars 2012 Sauvignon Blanc

North Fork summer in a bottle is the best way to describe this crisp, refreshing, wine which is made 100% from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and fermented exclusively in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation. The wine delivers classic aromas of citrus and cut grass with a lingering finish of honeydew melon and lemon zest. Ideally, our Sauvignon Blanc is best paired with, locally caught whole roasted blackfish, braised striped bass with saffron, or as a complement to fresh Long Island oysters.
