An attractive salmon pink colour with fine persistent bubbles and aromas of ripe red fruits and blackcurrant complemented by toasty notes from the ageing process. It is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with oil-rich fish or rice. It is also an excellent wine to serve with tapas or fried fish.
