Domaine Mourgues du Gres Terre d'Argence 2015

Brilliant golden with green hues. Intense pit-fruit aromas are backed up by fennel or vervein scents, with a delicate touch of linden flowers or fresh almond. The palate is charming and somehow chewy, it finishes with a bright, well integrated acidity, which gives it length and balance. Perfect over grilled fish or scallops, it matches also very well Asian food like sautéed noodles with broccoli and smoked tofu, chicken-mango salad or chow mein with shrimps.

Holds up well to a spicy tomato sauce. Wonderful, full bodied white. Gets even better as it warms up. Decant perhaps??
