Chateau Larose Perganson 2013

Very nice dark ruby colour. The nose is fine and ripe with vanilla aromas. There is a generous roundness in the mouth framed by a rather dense tannic structure that is quite present for the moment but that will soften over time. The finish is pleasantly long and will gain in finesse over the next few months. Still a little shy so needs 1 or 2 hours in the decanter before serving if it is to fully express its potential. A real Sleeping Beauty !
