Château Hourtin-Ducasse 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon blend

Garnet colour with still young ruby glints. Fruity nose (wild black fruits), a little bit varietal (Cabernet-Sauvignon) but meaty and dense. Pretty crispy mouthfeel, smoky. Fresh in the finish. Fruity aftertaste. Gives yet the impression of crunching on a Cabernet-Sauvignon berry. Harmonises with: veal blanquette, veal prince orloff, piperade, cantal entre deux cheese, neufchâtel cheese.
