Dense garnet-red colour, brilliant. A nose of spring undergrowth, black fruits jam, spicy (pepper), full, elegant. Nice vivacity. A tactile wine, nuanced, balanced, very Bordeaux. Fine tannins, chalky, fresh, salivating.At its peak.

Serving temperature: 14-15°C. Do not decant.

Harmonises with: duck filets with chanterelles, lamb stew in prunes
