Casa de Oleiros VV Wine

Vinho Verde translates to young wine and can be a blend of a few white grapes such as Alvarinho and Arinto. Because of the cool climate the wines have a slight prickle which is a characteristic of this style, have higher acidity lower sugar levels and have an overall delicate freshness. This is a perfect patio wine and pairs well with lighter style foods such as white fish and spring salads in a lemon vinaigrette.

A very delicate wine with crisp acidity. I just found that it was too delicate and I prefer bolder flavour. Must be paired with food.
