Appearance: Clean, bright, medium deep. Maroon developing to brick red. Nose: Deep and complex. Balance between cedar and sweet spices hints such as cinammon. Tasting: Light and silky, soft tannin integrated with the acidity. Aftertaste: Remarkable sweet. Finish: Long and complex. 28 months in French and American Oak. It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
