Beronia 2005 Rioja Gran Reserva BottleBeronia 2005 Rioja Gran Reserva Label

Beronia 2005 Rioja Gran Reserva

91 points and one of the Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2010: This sleek red shows currant, licorice and smoke flavours in a racy texture, with light, firm tannins and bright orange peel acidity. Offers drive and elegance. Drink now through 2014. (09/10) 90 points Wine Enthusiast: Aromas of leather, smoked meats, charred oak and lacquer are not for the weak, while the mouthfeel is firm, deep and just right. Juicy and bright in terms of flavours, with black cherry, vanilla and coconut. Toasty and alert on the finish, but with smacking tannins. Drinkable now and good for another four or five years. (08/10)
