Laughing Stock Vineyards Blind Trust 2011

This year’s blend opens with aromas of dried cherry, with plum and cassis tones. Balanced acidity with medium body, the palate has red and dark berry elements, with mint and thyme notes. Very true to a cool-climate red with more delicate flavours, lower alcohol and medium intensity versus warmer vintages.
