Bleasdale 2012 Malbec blend

Dark cherry and white chocolate flavors lead to a long focused finish with fine chalky tannins. Medium bodied with the Tempranillo complimenting the savoury Malbec particularly well. Pairs nicely with roast beef, steak and prime rib as well with roast turkey and chicken.

This is a nice sipping wine. Don't let the slight barnyard smell deter you, this wine has a vibrant flavour with an easy light finish. It paired well with smoked chicken for dinner but also made a nice deck wine. Do be careful when pouring as this is an unfiltered wine that does have quite a bit of sediment. Cheers!
