If you haven't read the story behind Blasted Church winery, it's definitely worth checking out their website.  Yes, there is a Church and yes there was dynamite involved.  The Gewurztraminer is a lovely accompaniment to any foods with a bit of spice but also perfect on its own.. It's not sweet, but it does have rich tropical fruit flavours, lychee and the aroma of fresh picked wildflowers.
